Charis Health Center

Charis Health Center is located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and provides affordable primary healthcare to uninsured individuals and families across Middle Tennessee. Through a dedicated staff, committed volunteers, two clinic locations, and a mobile health unit, we expand access to care for those who might otherwise go without.

At Charis, every patient matters. We are committed to serving our community with compassion, faith in action, and excellence—advancing our mission so that care, hope, and healing remain within reach for all.

We are a medical clinic for uninsured individuals in Mid TN for $30 per visit, and a volunteer network including specialty care, local hospitals, and diagnostic services. Dental, eye, behavioral clinics, counselling and social services are also available.
