The Harvest Center

We meet people where they are, offer a safe place to grow, and help them rebuild their lives through a Faith-based, transformational journey. We believe that transformation happens when people are supported through community, compassion, and accountability. We help participants build a foundation for long-term stability and renewed hope.

How it works:

Our approach is rooted in the Human Flourishing Model and guided by the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. We believe lasting change happens when the whole person is supported, not just one area of need.

The CLT Passport Program is a residential, holistic journey designed to help individuals overcome the root causes of situational homelessness and move toward lasting stability.

Participants live on campus for 12 to 18 months in a structured, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and long-term success.

The Harvest Center is not an emergency shelter. Our program is a long-term, residential commitment designed for individuals who are ready to engage in a structured environment focused on personal growth and stability.
