431 exists to help women navigate overwhelming life transitions and experiences they were never prepared to face alone with a community-based, structured redefining and rebuilding process.

• physical support during key appointments
• community gatherings, classes and conversations on practical topics
• outside support and perspective when decision-fatigue sets in
• advocate and mentor guidance when needed
