La Guadalupana Medical & Dental Clinic

We provide quality medical and dental care, free of cost, at several clinic locations in the Central Florida area. To be eligible, individuals must be uninsured and living at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Volunteer health care professionals provide primary and specialty medical care and dental services in a caring environment under a “medical home” model. Adult primary care is provided at all locations. Pediatric care and other specialties vary by location. We partner with laboratories, diagnostic facilities, hospitals, and treatment centers to connect patients with low-cost options for these additional types of services. Administrative support is provided by numerous clerical volunteers.
