Students who are seeking course modifications, services, or leave related to pregnancy and childbirth should complete the Pregnancy and Parenting Modifications Request Form. This form is received by the Title IX Coordinators who will reach out to you, usually within 2 business days, regarding any questions and the next steps. Please note that this is a private resource, meaning that conversations with this office are kept as private as possible, but information may be shared with other Indiana Tech employees to ensure that the student receives the support they need. The Title IX Coordinator will assist you to disclose and discuss your plans with your academic program.
