Peer-to-Peer Support Group

Students For Life at Liberty University work to bring awareness to pregnancy resources and provide support to pregnant and parenting students. They coordinate with departments on campus to advocate for resources, rights, and accommodations, such as:

• childcare
• special parking passes
• allowing pregnant women to stay in the dorms
• providing lactation pods around campus

Lactation Rooms: Located in the Library and Green Hall; equipped with electrical outlets, refrigerator, privacy, and a lockable door.

Diaper Changing Stations: available in all buildings in the women’s bathrooms.

Counseling Center: Located in Green Hall 1830

Campus Policies

School Policy Regarding Pregnant and Parenting Students

Temporary disability accommodations are available for pregnancy-related medical complications or post-partum related medical complications that rise to the level of a disability. Students desiring accommodations must submit a request for accommodations along with documentation from their licensed health care provider indicating that the complication substantially limits one or more major life activities.
