During their stay, mothers must pursue employment or education.

The Gianna Center of Philadelphia is dedicated to providing general gynecologic care, natural family planning education, and infertility services. All medical treatments are aimed at restoring the reproductive system and work cooperatively with a woman’s body.

Catholic Charities in Allentown reaches individuals of all backgrounds. They have Spanish and English services. These services include adoption, benefits checkup, case management, counseling/behavioral health, pregnancy support, soup kitchens, food pantries, and refugee assistance.

The Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative works to end hunger. Some of the programs within the WCHI are the WCHI Food Pantry, Children’s Summer Feeding Program, Community Meals, and Snack Pack Pals.

Their Social Ministries provide emergency assistance, casework services, and life skills counseling to people hurting from want of basic human needs and seeking to establish a more viable life. Emergency assistance includes groceries, travel assistance, utility assistance, clothing and furniture vouchers, and other services.
