Community Adolescent Rehabilitation Effort (C.A.R.E.) For Change, Inc. is a certified community based not-for-profit agency providing services in Oklahoma for over 25 years. Services are provided free of charge to those that qualify. They provide counseling for couples and individuals, case management, drug and alcohol interventions, and support groups.

Welcome to Crossroads Youth & Family Services where they support the healthy lifestyles and emotional well-being of children and families through the provision of effective, community-based programs.
