Welcome to Gardner Community Action Committee (CAC), a non-profit organization, located in Gardner, Massachusetts, focused on serving the needs of economically disadvantaged individuals throughout the Greater Gardner community.

Our Father’s House is working on permanent solutions to homelessness by providing a progression of emergency shelter and support when needed; transitional and permanent housing when possible and practical; and individual support and guidance to encourage and assist our clients in becoming self-sufficient.

This program is for single, female-headed households who are homeless with children. Transitions at Devens, which operates 13 units, Devens, and seven scattered site apartments in Fitchburg, offers each family up to a four-month stay during which time we provide Case Management Services through collaboration with the Montachusett Opportunity Council.
