Beacon House Adoption Services has a long tradition of working with adoptive families and birth parents throughout the United States. Beacon House Adoption Services no waiting list policy, in-house recruitment of Birthmothers, low staff turnover, and over 30 years’ experience contribute to the high success rate of our Domestic Infant Adoption Program.

Youth Oasis’ programming is designed to provide support services to youth and young adults and their families as they face challenging situations. These programs aim to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty in our community and in turn, throughout our state.

Lean On Me, Inc. provides Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing for Single Women 18 to 65. Lean On Me, Inc. (LOM) Mission Statement is to show love by providing affordable housing, case management, counseling, educational support, and recourses to women in need. 

The Christian Outreach Center of Baton Rouge is a homeless intervention ministry helping people toward self-sufficiency. The COC exists to help people towards self-sufficiency and restored dignity through employment. They provide assistance with the following: food bags, hygiene kits, vouchers to our clothing closet or thrift stores, IDs, transportation, and utility assistance.

DeColores Adoptions specializes in domestic adoptions.  They are dedicated to providing loving, adoptive families to children. They began their work because of their love and commitment to the orphans, and to the parents who long to share their love and their lives with a child. They offer adoptions services nationwide.

Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission helps low-income individuals and families develop the knowledge, opportunities, and resources they need to achieve self- reliance. They provide empowerment for fatherhood, food assistance, career building, affordable housing, financial education, affordable childcare, and many other resources.

Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) is the primary source for information about the grants Kentucky offers its college-bound residents. KHEAA has an interesting mission: although it was established by Kentucky in 1966 to assist in-state students with information on college planning and state financial aid, KHEAA also honors an agreement to provide similar services to Alabama’s students.

Programs for Idaho Single Moms includes standard programs that have been created by the federal government and they must be provided for each state. Some of these are temporary assistance for families, low income home energy assistance program, food banks, and many others.

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CAC) provides a coordinated response to child victims of abuse and neglect; and improve the lives of at-risk children and their families through prevention services.

The Community Cooperative provides hot meals, grocery assistance, social services, and education services.
