The Webster Springs Outreach Center has been serving Webster County since 1999. The center houses a thrift store that is supported regionally by Parish groups in West Virginia and Maryland.

The Promise House Family Resource Center serves the City of Martinsburg and Berkeley County. The Promise House is designed to be a one-stop assistance center to provide comprehensive services to individuals and low-income families. New services are being developed in partnership with several local social service organizations. Please call for the most up-to-date offerings.

Loaves and Fishes Outreach Center located in Hinton, WV has been working to reduce poverty in Summers County since 1986.

Catholic Charities WV’s Mobile Outreach addresses the needs of the poor and low-income families in a six-county area just east of Wood County. These rural and isolated communities are classified as food deserts by the USDA. Please call to receive information on location and hours of pantry.

Shea Childs is a Certified Professional Midwife licensed by the state of Arkansas as an LLM.  She has an office in both Little Rock and Hot Springs. She has been attending births professionally since 2007, and served over 400 families as they birthed their babies into the world
