Shea Childs is a Certified Professional Midwife licensed by the state of Arkansas as an LLM.  She has an office in both Little Rock and Hot Springs. She has been attending births professionally since 2007, and served over 400 families as they birthed their babies into the world

For residents of Arkansas or those attending college in Arkansas, there are a variety of scholarships and grants available to students attending institutions of higher learning. Many of the Arkansas college grants cover a diverse range of categories and criteria that are designed to meet the needs of many groups of students and residents of Arkansas.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) (formerly known as Food Stamp Program) provides food assistance to eligible households to cover a portion of a household’s food budget. 

Arkansas Support Network’s (ASN) Family Support Program helps support parents or guardians to advocate for their children with disabilities. 

At the Care Center, they provide free and confidential care with a variety of resources for women facing an unplanned pregnancy.

The Lord’s Food Pantry Food Bank works to alleviate hunger in Central Mississippi.

They are a faith based, trauma informed, non-profit organization that provides vulnerable women and teen girls with education, mentoring, and support. Their mission is to engage, encourage, and equip vulnerable women and teen girls by providing support for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. 

The Center for Pregnancy Choices is a non-profit medical clinic and resource center providing free resources to empower you with a true choice — a choice that is based on your knowledge of all the options that are available to you.

Serving Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey, Humboldt, and surrounding communities with free life skills classes, mentoring, and material resources.
