They respond to individuals and families in crisis by providing emergency shelter for domestic violence victims and vital assistance for survivors of sexual assault. Their 24/7 HELPline (256-716-1000) connects victims to services and provides crisis counseling for those navigating overwhelming emotions or who simply need someone to talk to. ​Catholic Family Services (CFS) is a state-licensed adoption agency that has been in existence since 1928. Their services are offered regardless of Christian religious affiliation and our program is a ministry of the Catholic Church. They are primarily an infant adoption agency that places infants of all ethnicities and backgrounds with both couples and singles.

FPCA is Mobile’s only emergency housing program that provides shelter and services for the entire family at no cost to them. FPCA also helps families get into permanent housing.

APAC services are available to all adoptive family members. Some of their services are available to foster family members, prospective adoptive families; kinship care families, and professionals working with the foster and adoptive population.
