The Pregnancy Care Center of Wayne County is a non-profit medical clinic, and all of their services are provided at no cost.  They specialize in pregnancy confirmation and helping those facing unexpected pregnancies.

Through programs like Mother-Infant Care, Mama Matters, and Family Support On-the-go, they offer educational workshops, support group meetings, community referrals, and much-needed resources. Other services include information and referral for those seeking adoption services, a referral line to connect community members to other local agencies, case management for individuals in Rapid Rehousing with St. Vincent de Paul, and Fr. Catholic Charities owns and operates two eight-unit apartment buildings in Elsmere, which together house sixteen families. With funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we provide intensive case management services and assistance to these previously homeless families and individuals. In order to be eligible, a family must include at least one adult or child with
