WIC provides breastfeeding support, nutritious foods, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care to pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women and children up to age five.

At Image of God they provide free pregnancy tests, maternity clothes, parenting classes (Learn to Earn), baby clothes, baby furniture & various other baby items. Free professional counseling to help establish educational, employment, family & spiritual goals, as well as guidance for any other challenges you may be facing.

The Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHP) gives full health benefits for children up to age 19, and pregnant women of any age who meet the income guidelines. MCHP enrollees obtain care from a variety of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) through the Maryland HealthChoice Program.
