Ithaca College recognizes the importance and benefits of breastfeeding for working mothers and their infants and and in promoting a family-friendly work environment. The College provides reasonable time away from work for lactating mothers to express breast milk and will make reasonable efforts to provide a private room or other location in proximity to the work area for such activity.
