AbbaCare is a nonprofit free medical facility with locations in Winchester, VA and Martinsburg, WV offering pregnancy testing, diagnostic ultrasounds, childbirth & parenting classes, and options counseling.

They provide compassionate, confidential, and cost-free care to women and men in need of support while facing an unexpected pregnancy. Their services are available anytime throughout pregnancy.
