Presumptive Eligibility (PE) – Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Finance

Presumptive Eligibility (PE) is a program that gives temporary medical coverage right away. The coverage starts the same day you apply and lasts for at least 45 days while they process your Medical Assistance application. You must be a child under 19 or a pregnant woman.
