Project Safe

Project Safe is a non-profit organization working to end domestic violence by providing domestic violence victims a 24-hour hotline, an emergency shelter, pet sheltering, safety planning, legal and social service advocacy, emergency financial assistance, ongoing supportive services for survivors of domestic violence and their children, transitional housing services, community support groups and short term individual counseling. Project Safe primarily assists women and children from Athens and the surrounding area but can help domestic violence victims from all across Georgia.
