Paying for your care

We offer financial assistance through a discounted fee program. By Federal Law, qualification is based on household size and income. You will be asked to complete an application and provide proof of income for all adult members in your household. The completion of those documents will determine if you are eligible for the program, the category your household size and income place you in, and the fee(s) required at time of service.

Mercy understands that sometimes financial circumstances make it difficult to pay for your visit at the time of service. If you are experiencing hardship, you may contact our Patient and Family Support Department at 615.790.0567. who will work with you to set up alternative payment arrangements.
