The Auburn University Students for Life group is supporting pregnant and parenting students on campus and throughout its community! With an unwavering commitment to advancing the pro-life movement through both words and action, its members continually find meaningful ways to support pregnant and parenting students. From volunteering with a local pregnancy center to welcoming pro-life leaders to campus and organizing dynamic weekly outreach tables, these students bring courage, compassion, and energy to every effort. Their dedication powerfully reflects their respect for parents and preborn babies.
One of the group’s most meaningful partnerships is with Women’s Hope Medical Clinic and Adoption Center, a local pregnancy center. Auburn students enthusiastically give their time to clean, organize, and complete essential projects that help the center thrive. Much of this service may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is significant: Every task strengthens the center’s ability to provide life-affirming resources, encouragement, and practical support to families year after year.
The group also creates exciting opportunities for students to hear directly from leaders in the pro-life movement. Guest speakers have included Students for Life Southern Campus Formation Coordinator Giovana Throckmorton and the director of the local pregnancy center. Through presentations, outreach support, and hands-on training, these leaders have shared valuable resources, discussed the risks of abortion, and equipped students to speak about the pro-life mission with greater knowledge and confidence.
Their enthusiasm encourages pro-life leaders, fellow students, and parents alike — and their example is helping build a campus where pregnant and parenting students have the support they need.
Every week, Auburn University Students for Life takes its message directly to campus through engaging outreach tables on a wide range of pro-life topics. Members have initiated thoughtful conversations about the risks of chemical abortion and its impact on women and children. At one memorable event, the local pregnancy center director joined the group to highlight available support and introduce students to the resources offered through the Standing With You website. With conviction and compassion, the group continues to connect its peers with vital information and practical assistance.
Month after month, these students show what determined, compassionate advocacy looks like. Through education, service, and outreach, they are building a stronger culture of support for pregnant and parenting members of their community.
