Programs include:

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) – A home visitation program for first-time pregnant women that offers a free, personal nurse that gives support, advice and information to increase their success. Locations: Montgomery, Autauga, Chilton, Lee, Russell, Macon and Pike Counties

Parents as Teachers (PAT) – A home visitation program for either first-time pregnant women or pregnant women with children that helps them develop effective parenting skills and encourages the emotional, social and physical well-being of baby and family. Locations: Montgomery, Pike and Crenshaw Counties

Mobile Family Coaching (MFC) – An innovative program for pregnant women or women parenting a child under the age of one who prefer to receive support, prenatal and child developmental evidence-based education, and encouragement via text, phone calls, and other electronic forms as well as mailings, coupled with some home visits. Location: Montgomery County

Fathers in Action – An outreach program which seeks to improve the well-being of children through the promotion of responsible and involved fathers. Location: Montgomery County

Parenting Forward (Teen Parenting ) – An outreach program that gives teen moms and dads enrolled in area high schools the education, support and connection to community resources that they need to become an effective parent and plan for a successful future. Location: Montgomery County
