The Genesis House, is a maternity care facility for pregnant women in need of shelter. The house accommodates up to 8 women at a time, and residents are encouraged to complete their education, seek employment, and become self-sufficient. They are assisted in making post-delivery plans for themselves and their children, including finding permanent housing. Residents also benefit from counseling sessions

New Life Options (NLO), is a pro-life, non-profit, 501(c)3 Public Charity Pregnancy Education Center. All of their services are free and confidential, and are offered to men and women in their child bearing years.

Their Medical Clinics provide pregnancy testing, STD testing and treatment, sonogram, medical consultation and life-saving options to abortion. Their services also include post-abortion care and abstinence education; all of their services are offered under the direction of a Professional Medical Staff and are provided to all clients at no charge.

TLC Clinic provides services at the center as well as a mobile medical unit that travels throughout the community. They provide free pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasound, STD testing, Hepatitis C and HIV testing, and a variety of resources and referrals.

Choices is a medical clinic that provides confidential, cost-free medical services including pregnancy testing and ultrasound for early pregnancy confirmation, STD testing and treatment for men and women, education, and support.

They offer many different educational programs providing accurate information on pregnancy, fetal development, the options associated with pregnancy (parenting, adoption, or abortion), life skills, relationship issues, as well as much more. They also offer some tangible assistance such as free pregnancy test, baby clothing, baby furniture, diapers and formula.

Seed of Hope Center is a non-profit, faith-based medical center dedicated to providing pregnancy diagnosis and decision services for women in and around Washington County. All of its services are confidential and are provided at no cost to clients.

The Concordia University Wisconsin Counseling Center provides caring, competent counseling to students, faculty, and staff in a confidential setting. Individuals utilize the center’s counseling services for a variety of reasons including but not limited to anxiety, depression, guilt, grief, sexual assault, rape, and pregnancy.

Concordia University Wisconsin’s Student Health Center strives to work in partnership with students to meet their health needs while on campus. It is a convenient, efficient, confidential, and affordable clinic right on campus. The health center is staffed by nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. It offers a variety of services including pregnancy and STI testing.
