The Pregnancy Care Clinic (PCC), located in Oak Harbor, has been serving Whidbey Island and the surrounding communities since 1986. They provide free and confidential pregnancy alternatives to individuals and families faced with unplanned pregnancy situations, as well as parenting support and material assistance.

The Nurse-Family Partnership offers support services to parents expecting their first child. Nurses provide in-person home visits during pregnancy and offer follow-up care after birth for moms and their children up to 24 months of age. To qualify, you must live in Allegheny County and meet the income guidelines.

Jeremiah’s Place protects children and strengthens families by providing a safe haven of respite, health, renewal, and support for children when their families are experiencing a critical need for childcare.
